Acoustic Duo
Light acoustic guitar and vocals perfect for smaller spaces, background music, cocktail hour, or other chill events.
Trio w/ Drums
Add drums to the Acoustic Duo to bring up the energy level - more than the Acoustic Duo, but less than the Full Band.
Full Band
The Full Band means it’s time to party! We’ll bring a minimum of a 4-piece band including guitar, bass, drums, and vocals.

Meet The Band
Aly Reason
Lead Vocals / Bandleader
Aly has been performing since the age of two, when she first discovered her love for music in church plays. What began as a childhood joy quickly grew into a lifelong passion for singing and connecting with audiences. Over the years, she honed her craft through school musicals, community events, and countless performances. Today, Aly is proud to be the lead singer of The Roomates and Millennial Mixtape, two cover bands based in Lancaster County. With more than two decades of experience, Aly brings energy, emotion, and a deep love for music to every stage she steps on.
Andrew Fritz
Guitar / Backing Vocals
Andrew joined The Roomates in 2024. Growing up, Andrew’s father and uncles on both sides of his family were all guitarists, so it was inevitable that Andrew would also become a guitarist. Largely self-taught, Andrew spent more than a decade in a local praise & worship band before branching out into the local scene, first in a classic rock cover band before starting his own 90s-00s pop rock cover band Millennial Mixtape who he still performs with today.
Justin Sullivan
Drums
Justin found his rhythm early, getting his start with the Lampeter-Strasburg High School Marching Band. Influenced by the grooves of hip-hop, funk, and R&B, he quickly developed a deep love for drumming that continues to shape his style today. When he’s not locking in the beat for The Roomates, Justin shares his talent each week playing at his church. And if you don’t see him behind the kit, chances are he’s out on the dance floor—cutting the rug right alongside the crowd.
Drew Hall
Bass
Drew brings decades of experience and versatility to the stage, with over 35 years of playing under his belt. His background spans a wide range of genres—from jazz and ska to country and wedding bands—making him a well-rounded and instinctive musician. Drew currently performs with Nineties Entertainment System and collaborates with local solo artist Doctor Nyce, even earning a feature on his album. Whether he’s locking in the groove or adding his own flavor, Drew’s presence is felt in every note.
James Lipka
Bass & Guitar
James brings both precision and personality to the low end. A dedicated multi-instrumentalist and educator, he actively teaches bass and guitar at Tone Tailors in Lancaster and currently performs with The Thompson Triplets cover band. With an extensive knowledge of music theory, James has a deep understanding of what makes music work—something he’s passed along to others, including Andrew, who first connected with him as a student. Around here, that mentorship (and wisdom) earned him the nickname “Miyagi.” Whether he’s laying down smooth bass lines or breaking down the science behind the sound, James is a cornerstone of The Roomates’ groove.
